Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases. Customers will receive access to their digital product through the download options provided after checkout and/or by email.

Physical Products
Physical products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Standard Shipping: $8
Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $70 or more
Express Shipping: $15 when available

Shipping options and rates may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and destination. The shipping options and rates displayed at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

Processing & Delivery Times
Processing times may vary by product and fulfillment location. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, inventory, or circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Items & Packages
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations. Because of this, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping simply because an order is divided into multiple packages unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
